He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carestia and Stella Carestia (Morace); and his wife Shirley Carestia (Perry). He is survived by: his children, Paul Carestia (Anne Marie Carestia) of Springfield and Mary Ann LaDuke (Tiffany Daly) of Harwich; and his grandchildren, Vincent LaDuke (Katie), Dominic LaDuke (Aimee), Amanda Quiterio (Brandon) and Julie Carestia. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
