He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Tougias and Artemisa Tougias (Sfika); and his wife Angeline Tougias (Pappas). He is survived by: his children, Lalita Togas of New York City, Stephen (Barbara) of Wilbraham, David (Deidre) of Springfield and Matthew (Ellen) of Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica), Keighly (Cole), Eamon (Danielle), Brennan (Natasha), Kellam (Alexandra), Neelan (Samantha), Declan (Valen), Alex (Katelyn), Stephanie, Nicholas and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Charles, Remy, Peri, Isla, Elias and Aurelia.
