The passing of Rachel Anne Colen (Springfield, Massachusetts) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 35. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Patrick Hegarty; her parents, LeeAnne Hegarty and Barry Colen; her mother-in-law Rhonda; her sister Sarah Stout; her sibling's children, Xavier Kenney, Odin Stout and Gunnar Stout; and her stepsiblings, Julie Soforenko, Carrie Ziskind and Michael Soforenko. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Acres (21 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
