He was predeceased by : his parents, Juan Arroyo and Ventura Reyes; and his brothers, Angel Louis Arroyo and Candi Arroyo. He is survived by : his wife Maria Perez; his children, Ivette Cates (Michael) of Chesapeake, VA, Raul Arroyo of Springfield and Anthony Arroyo (Jenicia) of Springfield; his sister Mary Benezra of Florida; his niece Lillian Benezra; and his nephew Raymond Mendez. He is also survived by grandchildren; his two cherished great grandchildren.
