He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Fredericks and Mildred Shields Fredericks; his stepfather Hughan Williams; his siblings, Carol Fredericks and Samuel Fredericks; his stepbrother Robert Williams (Hughan L. Williams); and his stepdaughter Carla Underwood.
He is survived by : his wife Lynda Fredericks; his children, Tamyra Hopkins (Brad), Lynette Underwood, Elizabeth Page, Sean Fredericks and Leonard Underwood; his siblings, Connie Fredericks-Malone (James), Taj Mahal, Osborne Williams (Laurie) and Winston Williams; and his granddaughters, Kayla Nicole, Raven Brown, Clorie Alexander and Charlotte Alexander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
