He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. Robinson and Mary Lee Denson Robinson; his brother Andrew Robinson; and his son Richard Lee Higgs. He is survived by: his siblings, Willie Robinson (Mona Johnson), Annie Howard (Jessie Howard), Mary Ann Robinson, Gene Robinson, Lisa Robinson Pearl Robinson and Eric Robinson; his sister-in-law Darlene Robinson (Iris Smith); his children, Sharman Cunningham, Gwendolyn Higgs and Shameeka Higgs; and the mother of his children Diane Higgs. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and growing list of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
