He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Derose and Angela Derose (Nowicki); his son William; and his brothers, Giovanni, Michael and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Salvaterra); his children, Debra Monday (Shonn), Vincent (Lisa) and Robert, Jr. (Tammi); his grandchildren, Andrea, Cristina, Kyle, Daniella, Vincent, Jr., Angelina, Michael, Amanda and Jazelle; and his great grandchildren, Tatiana, Lucas, Marli, Jocelyn, Gianni and Lorenzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tazzini Funeral & Cremation Services (22 Locust St, Springfield, MA 01108).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Church, 123 William St., Springfield, MA 01105.
