With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberto Vazquez of Springfield, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio C. Vazquez and Elisa Charriez Salgado; his siblings, Manuel Salgado, Julian Vazquez and Mercedes Hercules; and his son Rolando Vazquez.
He is survived by: his children, Roberto Vazquez Jr., Elizabeth Kendall and Nancy Jones; and his siblings, Sam Salgado, Frank Salgado, Emilio Vazquez, Nora Arroyo and Miriam Vazquez. He is also survived by two grandsons, six granddaughters, six great grandsons, six great granddaughters along with a great granddaughter and a great grandson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center (1858 Allen St, Springfield, MA 01118). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
