He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Leroy Cummings Sr. and Dora Rosalma Cummings (Chapdelaine); his wife Theresa Marie Alice Cummings (Bolduc); and his children, Linda Beaulieu (Kevin), Donna Dwight (Mark) and David Cummings.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Martin; his grandchildren, Kelly, Kyle, David, Alyssa, Michelle, Renee and Marc; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Giovanni and Briella Rae. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
