It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Henry Blanchard (Springfield, Massachusetts), born in Stoneham, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blanchard and Pauline Blanchard (Bancroft); his sister Sandra Trepanier; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Earl. He is survived by: his wife Susan Blanchard (Trepanier) of Springfield; his children, Jeffrey Blanchard (Dotti) of Agawam, Denise Grant (Mark) of Durham, NC and Jay Blanchard of Springfield; his grandchildren, Shawn Blanchard, Lauren Blanchard (Keith Allen), Spencer Grant (Anessa), Harrison Grant, Samuel Grant and Jessica Sala (Cesar); his siblings, Bancroft Miller of Gulfport, MS and Cynthia Willis of East Hartland; his brother-in-law Kenneth Trepanier of West Springfield; his cousin Bill Bancroft (Agnes) of Westfield; and his family, Diane Gauthier and Sara Donald. He is also survived by his many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
