He is survived by: his children, Michael Chmielewski, Patricia Coyle, Debra Chmielewski, Stephen and Kerri Chmielewski; his grandchildren, Tiffani, Joshua, Sarah, Anthony and Nathan; his great grandchild Cianna; his sister Stephanie Francis (Mark); and his nieces, Kim McCann, Kari Laughran and Laura Kennedy.
