Sullivan; her children, Dennis of Montana, Kimberly of Chicopee, Tracy Fay (Kevin) of Springfield, Kerri Mayo (Curt) of Maine, Sheila Cascio (Paul) of Connecticut and Shane Sullivan of Springfield; her brother-in-law John Sullivan of Springfield; her sister Donna Gusek; and her sister-in-law Donna Sales. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
