She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gunther and Anna Gunther (Bobbit); and her sister Debra Vershon of New Hampshire. She is survived by: her husband Richard Mattern of Springfield; her sons, Robert Mattern of West Springfield and Michael Mattern of Springfield; her sisters, Linda Gunther of Springfield and Shawn Gunther (Andre) of Springfield; her niece Jill Gendreau (Andrew); her great-nephew Nicholas; and her great-niece Anna.
