Sean T. Sullivan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sean T. Sullivan (Springfield, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2025 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Sean may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis and Michael of Springfield; his brothers, Jeffrey of Springfield and Patrick; his sister-in-law Jacqueline of Feedings Hills; and his siblings' children, Kayleen, Connor and Kevin.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Chapel of the Acres (21 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
