Herchuck Sr.; her children, Susan Herchuck of Springfield, Julie Herchuck of Springfield and William (Lyn); her grandsons, Michael Herchuck (Alexandra Palmeri), Jason Herchuck (Iva Dos Santos) and Matthew Herchuck (Barbara Dague); her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Caleb and Autumn; and her sister Patricia White of Springfield.
