Shirley Y. Berger Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2022, at the age of 95, Shirley Y. Berger of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Troy, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Yarus and Gertrude Yarus (Toder); her husband Bertram Berger; and her children, Joseph of West Springfield and Marlene (Peter Connor) of Holyoke. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations for Israel, where she was named volunteer of the year in 2018 for her outstanding contributions and fund development.
