She is survived by: her husband Fryderyk Kopec; her children, Teresa Skora (Darrin Havanec) of Enfield, CT, Robert Kopec of Ludlow, Mirek Kopec (Lindsey) of Belchertown and Boguslawa Kopec; her sister Zofia Witek (Jerzy) of Tarnόw; and her grandchildren, Christopher Skora (Nicole), Joanna Skora (Corey), Christian, Elizabeth, Juliana and Ava Kopec.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Stanislawa's memory to Immaculate Conception Church or Mass General Cancer Foundation.
