He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Dean. He is survived by: his close friend Linda Antoniucci of Springfield; his sisters, Annemarie Sinopoli (Anthony) of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Marjorie Seyfnia of Myrtle Beach, S. C. and Helen Jones Harrison of Myrtle Beach, S. C.; and his children, Christine Lazarczyk (Joseph) and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Stephen's memory may be made to T.J O'Connor Foundation 66 Industry Ave. Springfield MA 01104.
