He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W. Czupryna and Shirley A. Czupryna (Small). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Czupryna (Rheaume); his children, Mike Czupryna (Alyssa) and Jenna Teed (Michael); his sister Lisa Taylor (Scott); his brother-in-law Michael Rheaume (Robin); his niece Stephanie Collins; and his nephews, Jerry Taylor and Connor Rheaume. He is also survived by many extended family members, his work family and dear friends.
