She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Chapell of Springfield; her children, Rebecca Hubbard (Alan) of Uxbridge, MA, Kristina Baker (Brandon) of Dallas, GA and Caleb Butler of Boston; her mother Elizabeth Boulais (Gardner) of Longmeadow, MA; her siblings, Kevin Boulais, Christopher Boulais of Salem, NH, Alberto Zondiors of Falmouth, MA, Anne Boulais of East Longmeadow, MA and Jane Magee of Derby Line, VT; and her grandchildren, Eli Baker and Olivia Baker.
