She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Whitehead (Galluzzo) and David Whitehead; and her brother Joey Poehler. She is survived by: her children, Kayla Mendenhall of Chicopee, Anthony Mendenhall of East Longmeadow and Jeremy Mendenhall of Westfield; her stepson Paul Mendenhall of Springfield; her siblings, Jimmy Poehler, David Poehler, Alan Whitehead, Debra Polastry and Donna Canales; and her sister-in-law Judy Poehler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and also her extended family.
