He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Julian" Arthur Browne and Sarah Burroughs; and his siblings, Jeffrey Brace Sr., Olive "Ollie" Brace, John Brace Sr., Emily Dunwell, Madeline Wilson, Charlie Brace Sr., Josephine Haynes and Constance "Connie" Benjamin.
He is survived by: his friend Motown; his wife Maxine A. Brown; his children, Thomas A. Brown, Jr. of Houston, TX and Lynnae C. Brown of New York, NY; and his sisters, Audrey Jefferson-Jones of Springfield and June Walker of Springfield.
