Hart (Fazio) of Springfield, MA; his son Anthony Hart (Rebecca Krukowski) of Westfield, MA; his siblings, Brian, Corey Hart of Springfield, MA and Vicki Clarke (Jeffrey) of Agawam, MA; and his brother-in-law Tony Fazio (Chrissy) of Longmeadow, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
