He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Denizard Arafat and Cristina Sanchez; his significant other Gloria Maldonado Denizard; and his son Tomas Denizard, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Edwin Denizard, Arnold Pereira, Johnny Pereira, Amaryllis Denizard, Maribel Denizard, Sonia Denizard and Elizabeth Denizard; and his brothers, Jaime Denizard (Jorge Denizard) and Sixteen. He is also survived by Sixteen Grandchildren, One Great Grandchild, and a host of family and friends.
