He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Falcone and Angelina Falcone (Bilesimo). He is survived by: his sisters, Anne Falcone of Springfield and Theresa D'Amato (Bill) of Colchester, VT; his niece Dr. Tina D'Amato (David Plante) of Burlington, VT; his nephew Dr. Anthony D'Amato (Jess Butler); and his great-nephew Quinn D'Amato of Williston, VT..
