He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Calcidise and Carmela Calcidise (Rossi); his brothers-in-law, Jimmy and Larry O'Keefe; and his great-nephew Jacob O'Keefe.
He is survived by: his grandson Billy; his wife Janice Calcidise (O'Keefe); his children, Anthony W. Calcidise (Jessica) of East Longmeadow and Elena L. Calcidise of Springfield; his sister Sandra Blanchard (John) of Feeding Hills; his grandsons, William A. "Billy" Calcidise II and Jack B. Calcidise; and his pet Onyx. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
