Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
