He is survived by: his children, Mario Santiago and Madeline Santiago; his wife Carmen Colón; his stepchildren, Migdalia Ruiz, Marybelle Maldonado, Melvin Colón and Omaira Colón; and his siblings, Adalila Vallejo, Julio Santiago, Carlos Santiago, Myriam Santiago, Maria Santiago, Laura Rosado, Jorge Santiago, Maritza López, Emiliano Santiago and Elizabeth Soto.
