We bid farewell to Yvette Jordan (Springfield, Massachusetts), born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 15, 2025 at the age of 97. Yvette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Yvette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Yvette farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Galarneau and Malvina Galarneau (Chamberlain); her son P. Thomas Jordan; her granddaughter Deborah Benoit; and her great grandchild Dottie Jean Benoit.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa M. Jordan Benoit; her son-in-law Richard Benoit; and her grandsons, Philip Benoit and Richard Benoit. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Acres (21 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
