She was predeceased by: her husband Gerard "Jerry" Coughlin; and her parents, Charles Melvin and Alice Melvin. She is survived by: her children, Gerard Coughlin Jr. (Melissa) of Squantum, Lee Forrest (Richard) of Weymouth and Lesley Coughlin of Squantum; her grandchildren, Kelsey of Squantum, Jack of Squantum and Cole Coughlin of Squantum; and her friends, Holly and Paul. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel (650 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (227 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169).
