He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel J. LeBlanc and Ruth M. LeBlanc (Carter); and his brother David J. LeBlanc. He is survived by: his sister Kimberley Dolan (Timothy) of Westminster; and his nieces, Kelley, Audrey and Katie Dolan.
