He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Guercio and Leona Guercio (Gallup). He is survived by: his wife Kathy E. Guercio (Hodgkins) of Sterling; his children, Joshua Guercio (Ronald Gould) of Fitchburg and Jennifer Day (Andrew) of Sterling; his siblings, Paul Guercio of Florida, James Guercio of Gardner, MA and Dianne Desboubries of Leominster; and his grandchildren, Ruby Day and Felix Day. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc. (109 West St, Leominster, MA 01453). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Church (168 Mechanic St, Leominster, MA 01453). The military honors was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (111 Glenallen St, Winchendon, MA 01475).
