With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael L. Penney Sr. (Sterling, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penney and Clare Brouillard (Mathieau); and his stepsiblings, Joseph Brouillard and Jean Pusateri. He is survived by: his stepfather Charles Brouillard; his wife Diane Penney (Dunham); his children, Michael L. Penney, Jr. (Susan) of Sterling and Melissa Ford (Matthew) of Ayer; his siblings, Dian Morin of Brooker, FL, John Penney (Jeanine) of Rutland, Glen Brouillard of Fitchburg and Dean Brouillard of Fitchburg; and his grandchildren, Calvin, Westley Penney, Charlotte and Penelope Ford.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Miles-Sterling Funeral & Tribute Center (100 Worcester Rd, Sterling, MA 01564). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
