He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeleine Jacqueline Steeves (Barbe) and Spurgeon Stephen Steeves; and his siblings, Marthe Steeves Pedersen and Seth Lang Steeves. He is survived by: his wife Marypat McGrath (Sullivan); his children, Dean Robert and Laurel Ann Steeves; his stepdaughter Emma Kate McGrath Pendergast; his brothers, Duncan Marcel Steeves and Andrew Antonio Steeves; and his brother-in-law Michael Pedersen. He is also survived by 5 nieces: 2 nephews: a step-nephew: and a step-granddaughter.
