We announce the death of Daniel Oliveira of Stoneham, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 80. Daniel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlie Oliveira, Eleanor Saul and Marguerite Smith. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Oliveira (Hutchinson); his children, Cheryl Thomas (late Christopher), Danielle O'Neal and Dan Oliveira (Catherine); his grandchildren, Courtney Thomas, Michael O'Neal, Casey O'Neal, Daniel Oliveira, Dylan Oliveira and Deanna Oliveira; his great grandchildren, Ariana and Savannah Rainho; and his siblings, Robert Oliveira (late Maureen), Marie Schneider (Terry) and Linda Lindsay (Verl). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Barile-Cota Funeral Home- North Reading (335 Park St, North Reading, MA 01864). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Athanasius Church (300 Haverhill St, Reading, MA 01867). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery.
