She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred J. Nowell and Gertrude M. Nowell Sr. (Casey); and her brothers, John, James and David Nowell.

She is survived by : her nephew Billy; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Jacob, Morgan and Avery; her siblings, Alfred "Joe" Nowell, Jr. (Sue) of Fl, Mary Ellen Monis (late Steven) of Brookline, Barbara Nowell (James Verdolino) of Wilmington, Mark Nowell (Sandra) of Billerica, Kevin Nowell (Mary Beth) of Woburn and Louise Nowell of Boston; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Nowell of Stoneham and Paula Nowell of Woburn; and her nieces and nephews, Bryan, Allen Nowell, Michelle Nowell, Stephen Nowell, William, Michael, Elizabeth Monis, Emily, Jacob Ruzzo, Morgan and Avery Nowell.
