He is survived by: his wife Melissa Leccese (Gregorio); his children, Anthony and Francesca; his pet Nino; his parents, Joseph G. Leccese and Eileen Leccese (McHugh); his sibling Kerry Lecesse (Paul Russo); his nieces, Eva and Isabella; his stepmother Elaine; and his parents-in-law, Susan and Richard Gregorio. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barile Family Funeral Home-Stoneham (482 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Barile Family Funeral Home (482 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Saint Patrick Cemetery (120 Elm St, Stoneham, MA 02180).
