Tina (Grillo) Mitrano Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2026, at the age of 75, Tina (Grillo) Mitrano of Stoneham, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tina (Grillo) Mitrano to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matteo Grillo and Rosalia Grillo (Lambiase); her siblings, Andrea Grillo (Patty), Victor Grillo and Rita Grillo; and her godson Michael Mitrano.
She is survived by: her husband Giuseppe "Joe" Mitrano of Boston's North End; her children, Elisabetta "Leesa" Auciello (Joe) and Stefano Mitrano (Kiley); her grandchildren, Gino Auciello, Aria Auciello, Giuseppe Mitrano and Giuliana Mitrano; her siblings, Maria "Pina" Falzone (Salvatore), Giovanna Chiulli (Umberto), Antonio Grillo (Lucia), Frank Grillo (Diana), Giulio Grillo (Debbie), Patty Hanton (Robert), Sonia Connolly (Christopher) and Serena Grillo; and her godchildren, Serena Grillo, Stefan Mitrano and Mitchell Shaughnessy. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews, and 21 great-nieces and great-nephews, spouses, 16 nieces and nephews, and 8 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barile Family Funeral Home-Stoneham (482 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Barile Family Funeral Home (482 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Patrick Church (71 Central St, Stoneham, MA 02180). An entombment will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (175 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148).
