He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fraser and Helen Fraser (Edwards); his siblings, Edward Fraser and Thomas Fraser; and his brother-in-law Dennis LaVita.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Fraser (LaVita); his children, Deana Longo (Steve), Carla Cheng (Steven), Anthony Fraser (Karen) and Janeane Pennucci (Eric); his grandchildren, Cristina, Brandon, Aliyah, Rose, Morgan, Tess, Jared and Evan; and his sibling Gail Fraser. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
