He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Ann Alfano (Clark); his parents, Dominic Alfano and Maddalena Alfano (Pandolfi); his brother Joseph D. Alfano; and his grandson William Raff.

He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Michael A. J. Alfano of Natick, Daniel T. Alfano (Tina), Stephen D. Alfano (Agnes) and Joseph C. Alfano (Cheryl) of Methuen; his grandsons, Zachary Alfano and Jacob Alfano; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Wieloch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial Donations. In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Tony's memory to the Lupus Foundation of America 2121 K Street NW, Suite 200.
