She was predeceased by: her parents, Jenny Hurwitz (Baron) and Harry Hurwitz; her husband Herbert L. Bornstein; her close friend Norman Barden; and her siblings, Lillian Harris, Samuel Hurwitz and Sidney Hurwitz.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen B. Greenberg (late Mitchell) and Bruce Bornstein (Debra Hamilton).
