It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chong Ok Yi of Stoughton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 22, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Kyong Young Ham; and her children, Mija Soroko of Stoughton, Seong-Nam Ham of Korea, Seong-Moon Ham of Easton, Seong-Pal Ham, Sook-Ja Ham of Hawaii and Seong-Ki "Steve" Ham. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Rock Ridge Cemetery (101 East St, Sharon, MA 02067).
