She was predeceased by: her husband Jose R. Medina; her parents, Urbano Pedro DaSilva and Julia DaSilva (Costa); and her siblings, Urbano, Adelino, Jose Silva and Almerinda Sousa.
She is survived by: her son Deacon Joseph Medina (Regina) of Taunton; her grandchildren, Sonia Castro (John), Richard Medina and Matthew Medina (Michelle); and her siblings, Almerio Silva (Fatima) of Flores and Mario Silva (Olivia) of Flores. She is also survived by her 6 great grandchildren.
