He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth P. Hickey (Connolly) and Gerald W. Hickey; his brothers, William T. O'Toole and Joseph P. O'Toole; and his sisters-in-law, Eileen O'Toole and Carol Hickey.
He is survived by: his daughter Janelle M. Hickey (Andrew M. Wood) of Roslindale; and his siblings, Elizabeth C. Bradley (Richard) of South Carolina and Edward J. Hickey of Dedham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
