She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Simpson Sr.; her brother Allen F. Marsden; and her parents, Bernard A. Marsden and Florence G. Marsden (O'Neil). She is survived by: her children, Karen Lampert (Mark) of Randolph, James M. Simpson Jr., Kim Vo of Quincy, Thomas Simpson (Beverly) of Taunton and William Simpson (Maria) of Providence; her grandchildren, Colleen, James M. Simpson III, Jessica, Daniel, Rachel, Thomas, Amy, Erica, Alexandra and Derek; her great grandchildren, Brian, James M. Simpson IV, Jaxson, Daniel, Anna, Dylan, Luke and Jake; and her sister Shirley M. Marsden of Pennsylvania.

Donations can be made in Gloria's name to the charity of one's choice.
