He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gomes and Margaret Gomes (Tarchara); and his brother Edward Gomes. He is survived by: his sister Evelyn McStowe of Stoughton; his sibling's children, Sandra Sprague, Paul McStowe III and Edward Gomes Jr.; and his close friend Kathy Johnson.
