It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Jose (Teixeira) Sousa of Stoughton, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Lidio N. Sousa; her parents, Francisco and Maria Madalena Teixeira (Coelho); her daughter Bernadette T. Winslet (Bryan Packard); and her siblings, Conceicão DeAscensão of Stoughton, Francisco Teixeira, Antonieta Jardim, Celina Barros, Jose I. Teixeira and Isaque Teixeira. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
