She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her sister Patricia Clark (Sozek); and her parents, Maximilian Sozek and Margaret Sozek (Moore). She is survived by: her children, Donald P. Cummings III (Deborah) of Oxford, Shawn Patrick Cummings of Shrewsbury, Tracy Edmiston (Jonathan) of Milton, GA, Kelley Horner (Jeff) of West Brookfield, Erin Cummings-Lapriore (Jon) of Southbridge and Katie Cummings-Griswold (Casey) of Sturbridge. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
