She was predeceased by: her sister Patricia Farrell; and her parents, Wendell Duffy and Mary Duffy (Mawn). She is survived by: her children, Peter W. McCormack (Theresa Adamsons) of Harwich and Kerry H. McCormack of Sturbridge; and her husband Ned.
