Jake Swoyer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2025, at the age of 29, Jake Swoyer of Sudbury, Massachusetts, born in Newton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Jake's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Jake's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Edward Balicki and Vincent Swoyer; and his pet Diamond. He is survived by: his parents, John Swoyer and Barbara Swoyer of Sudbury, MA; his brother Ryan Swoyer of Boston, MA; and his grandmothers, Patricia Balicki of Westborough, MA and Sally Swoyer of Lake Forest, IL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The-Fields Episcopal Church (147 Concord Rd, Lincoln, MA 01773).
